About us
Founded and led by MIT-trained bioengineers, Tulip Biosciences is an early-stage biotech company translating breakthrough research in mucus biology into a new class of mucin-mimetic biomaterials that restore the body’s natural mucus barrier, with an initial focus on women’s health.
Role
We are excited to hire a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as a right-hand partner in the execution of everyday critical activities. This is a senior generalist role for someone who wants real responsibility, broad scope, and proximity to decision-making in an early-stage biotech.
You will operate hands-on across operations, strategy, and execution—helping translate priorities into action and ensuring important items all get completed. The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve as the company scales.
Why you should apply
This is a rare opportunity to help build a biotech company from the ground up, work directly with the founder, and take real ownership over how the company operates and scales. If you are motivated by responsibility, learning, and long-term impact—not just title—this may be the role for you.
